The lifting of the ban on advertising by law firms was expected to trigger a massive creative boom. But nothing of the sort happened. Law firms continue to have low profiles despite this market’s significant potential. Some tentative initiatives have emerged but there is no boom in sight. Tosca Avocats are among the few to have pushed back the boundaries via original clips sending New Year’s greetings.
